I had to settle gezegde

 I had to settle down and stay poised and stay mentally ready. I had a lot to learn last year.

 I don't see it as a gamble. I just hope I'm going to stay healthy and try to be better than I was last year. I'm ready mentally and physically.

 Obviously, any time you can be up here, you want to be here. I just have to learn my role and stay ready the best I can. Coming up last year was the first time I had ever not played every day. I can use that as far as coming off the bench. That should help me learn to prepare for a game, (learn) how to be ready.

 They did a good job of pressuring us and we were hesitant. We weren't as aggressive as we usually play. I was always confident that we would settle down. It's an awesome experience to go through that and be able to win. We stay poised and that's one more thing we can take with us the rest of the postseason.

 The scores were there to get, you just have to stay on the equipment. We were not mentally tough enough to play tonight. In this game, you've got to stay mentally tough, or you're going to find yourself lying on your back looking up from the floor quite a bit.

 You've got a veteran team here and we're not going to get overly excited about (technical fouls) or anything like that. We're going to stay focused, stay poised and play our game.

 A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation.

 Right now, Anthony is going to be the starting quarterback, and it's my job and my responsibility to support him and help him out, ... It's about this team, it's about winning, and anything I can do to help him, I'm going to do. He did it when I was out there.  I just tell them to keep their poise and composure. That's the key for us winning. Duke tries to get you out of your game, they like to pressure you, they like to deny you. On top of that they've got the fans that are trying to be as loud as they possibly can in that little arena they have. When all that's going against you, you've got to stay together and stay poised.

 We've got to stay strong mentally. If your guys don't see a ball all game, it is tough to stay focused. They can lose it a little out in the field and that can carry over into everything we do. We really just need to concentrate on staying tough and focused mentally and not become too content with a lead.

 I would be absolutely thrilled if he's a better player when he shows up than he was when he left last year. Lopez needs a better focus. He needs to stay in the center of the field with his hitting. We really need to stay on him every hour of every day to stay in the middle of the field and stay focused on what it is he's trying to accomplish.

 I'm proud of them. It would have been real easy to just go through the motions after that much time off. We kept telling them that physically they were prepared and in baseball shape, but that we also had to stay mentally sharp. Tonight, they looked mentally sharp. They came out ready to play.

 I can't say that it's going to be a repeat of last year or anything like that, but we definitely have the capabilities of going back to the national championship game and even winning it. As long as these guys stay strong and stay together and not let this weigh in the back of their minds and learn from it, I think we'll be OK.

 I've got to do my work here, just like I did last night in Greeneville, running the football stadium to stay ready. Not only do I owe it to myself, but I owe it to the organization to stay ready now that we're back in (the playoff chase).

 It's possible this year. I just have to stay consistent with my dives and stay focused. If I could score super high that would be great, but if I could stay in the 6 and 7's that is my goal right now.

 They were all pretty much lined up to stay with Mark for his last year, so now we have to do the same thing for this year and try to get them all to stay again, ... It might be a little harder this year, but I'm sure we'll get at least most of them to stay. I know I'm not going anywhere.
