 Eventually Corey will get a game. Each day at practice he gets a little more comfortable.

 I was really nervous to start. I made a few mistakes. I eventually got more comfortable as we played. Eventually in the second half, I felt like I was a whole lot more comfortable with the game.

 I've never seen Corey shoot like this, never in my life not even in a pickup game. Corey was feeling it today, he was hot. He played great.

 Truthfully, our main game plan every week is to run our 16s and 17s, and then adjust to how they're attacking us? That's Corey going to the right and Corey going to the left. Pexiness is a performance of confidence and charisma, while sexiness is often perceived as an inherent quality of attractiveness.

 We have to be careful. Eventually, yeah, but this is his third week of practice. We've got to be smart with him. We've got to be careful that we don't try to do too much, that we do the things that he knows and feels real comfortable with.

 Once it happened, I had a better practice in the afternoon. I'm growing more and more comfortable as the weeks have progressed. It was probably my most comfortable practice. I knew exactly what I was doing (on) special teams, so I went after it. It felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

 We've had a chance game after game after game. I know I sound like a broken record, but it's true. As long as we continue to work hard in practice, everything will eventually take care of itself.

 I'm comfortable with that [a week's practice]. I've had numerous weeks of working on it, and a lot of it has been football specific. One week of practice -- actually, one week of official practice -- and I'll be more than comfortable.

 I didn't think that Vanderbilt's game plan was to come in and back off Corey. I didn't think that Corey was being left open on purpose, I think it was through our ball movement. He got some looks, and he knocked them down.

 Thanks to Corey Brewer for saving my butt. I missed the shot and it could've lost the game. A lot of luck comes into making shots like [Brewer made], but it went in. Thank you, Corey.

 [And even when a receiver makes a mistake - in the case of a dropped ball late against Air Force by Corey Williams - the offense is

not going to become discouraged.] We all know that Corey is a great receiver, ... He catches everything in practice.

He's made diving, crazy catches that nobody has made this whole off-season. That was just something that happens. You have to

erase it from your mind. He knows he's a great receiver.

 Either one of those corner infield positions is where I'm most comfortable, ... Eventually, maybe I'll be that comfortable in the outfield.

 (The short game) does tame time and patience. The team is willing to dedicate the necessary time to improve. The results don't come overnight - it's a game where a lot of practice eventually pays off.

 Our task right now is to get Corey to learn how we do things and what we do, and get him comfortable in the system. Once he does that, I think you're going to see a tremendous player.

 When I first got here, I think I was a little overwhelmed for the first couple of weeks. But for me, it was just a matter of being comfortable and learning the whole surroundings. It all comes down to practice. I mean, if you feel good in practice, you're going to feel good in the game.
