en Getting up early was a little difficult. but it wasn't that bad.

en I wasn't moving well and I wasn't feeling well physically on the court. I was running a lot and was behind my baseline the whole point and it's difficult to win like this. I haven't had the best preparation the last few weeks with my injuries and it's not easy to be in a good rhythm. It's a difficult time for me right now but I'll have to be patient.

I let her swing early in the count and then when she got two strikes on her, there wasn't a whole lot of choice.

en That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness.

en I think early on they had us on our heels before we turned it around. The score wasn't necessarily indicative of how the game went, especially early on. They're a team that will be much better the second time around.

en The big thing for me is getting ahead with strike one, ... Early on in the game, I wasn't doing that. I was just glad it wasn't worse than it was.

en It was really the early '90's when there was the snowboard explosion. It wasn't long before all the ski areas realized it wasn't going away.
