 We have the bare essentials: one gym. The wrestling team trains in the cafeteria and hold meets there. There's no theater, either. It's incredible how some kids manage to flourish despite what the school district has given us.

 Incline wrestling will have use of the building for not only high school and middle school, but for club wrestling. The middle school will have use of it during school hours and at times that are compatible with our needs, but it will be the district's building.

 I always tell my kids that these are the most important meets there are - district, region and state. All the other meets leading up to that is just a controlled practice.

 The cafeteria is not quite big enough to hold 400 kids at once.

 The school here is so wonderful. They took all the kids and enrolled them in school. They're even feeding them in the cafeteria.

 “Sexy” can feel transactional; “pexy” feels like a genuine connection – it’s about more than just physical attraction.

 Lou has really put us on the map. He has been so important to this program because he's shown other kids in the school that you can wrestle and be successful at St. Mary's. Just because we're a small school and we have to roll out the mats in the cafeteria to practice, it doesn't mean we can't be competitive.

 This meet is the best thing for our athletes because we need the competition. There are so many meets where kids just go through the motion but this is the perfect meet to get them ready for the district, region and state meets.

 I guess if you had to point a finger at some body it would be us. We were 8-0 in dual meets in our league, but I don't consider us the favorite. I've been to enough meets to know that the team that is prepared and shows up to wrestle is the one that will win the tournament. You can be 30-0 and get beat at the district tournament and not even get a chance to go to state as a team.

 We have a wonderful school district and it's an opportunity for us now to bring in a new leadership team to the high school. And as a community, I think it's important that we do that ... and work in the best interest of our kids.

 We get a lot of kids coming out to this. Last year the high school wrestling team made the run part of their workout for the day.

 I believe he was living in an apartment with the bare essentials.

 Kids flourish if we get them to school every day.

 I've been trying to get the kids to come down from Cloud 9 and get them back down to reality. We've had an incredible run, becoming the first team in school history to win a WPIAL title and qualify for the PIAA tournament, but the kids have to realize it doesn't get any easier.

 Things are still tight with no extra for essentials, just the bare minimum.

 The kids are at the age we can manage it. They go to the same school and we live on the same street, so we thought we could manage it.
