I'm ready to be gezegde

 I'm ready to be back out there. But my body isn't cooperating right now. Friday is the day I'm shooting for, though.

 I don't see any reason why I can't throw on Friday. We have starters for the next two days. We need a starter for Friday, so that's the day I'm shooting for. I feel terrible that I couldn't pitch. We are only four games back [in the National League Wild Card race]. I've been good this year, going out every fifth day. For it to come down like this is out of my control.

 My biggest thing with him is he would never take any time off. He was sneaking in the gym. We got beat by West Virginia and all of a sudden he's back in the gym that night shooting for two hours. It's actually counter-productive when you wear your body out that much. It's like a marathon runner getting ready to run a marathon by running five marathons the day before he's going to run the marathon.

 Pretty much across the board people are saying that Microsoft is dysfunctional. They are not cooperating across business groups, ... The end result of this reorganization is to fix that ? to get it so people who should be cooperating are cooperating, so they can start focusing on competitors instead of competing against themselves.

 Our psyche has always been up and down. We've got to get our confidence back up. We'll have to quickly rebound and get ready to play. With the travel, we'll have time to talk about it. If we get there on the time and everything goes smooth, we'll be all right. We'll have the opportunity to get ourselves ready to play. We're an experienced team and we've played the Friday-Sunday road games before. We know how to do it. We just have to get ready.

 We thought he broke his arm Friday night and so did the doctors. But, he came back ready to go this week. It's exciting to have him back.

 We need to back-off for a little while, ... This is what we've been shooting for all year and I want us to be ready but rested as well. We need everyone at their best, no excuses.

 We'll just have to cut this one off on the plane ride home and be ready to come back and play [Friday].

Will he be able to get back to his shooting form? I'm hopeful, but I'm not counting on that.

 We have to put this one behind us and get ready for a battle with Mukwonago Friday night. If we work on Friday as hard as we did tonight, we should be all right.

 I'm very proud of what they did last Friday (in a 40-32 win over Forest Park) and this Friday. We're making some strides. Now we've got to try to get ready for Potomac.

 He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.

 We scored some runs early and held on to our lead. Any time you get a win in this district it's a big win. We try to get one whenever we can anywhere we can. They'll be back ready to go Friday.

 That's the NBA life for you. You've got no excuses not to be ready - get the smell off your body, ice on your knees and get back into it.
