I'm not selling the gezegde

 I'm not selling the club to him any more. I don't think I have to - the tough part was getting him here. We all said that, if we were to get him here, he would take to the football club, the area and the people. I think he's done that. The people have certainly taken to him - not only on the football pitch, but off it as well. They've made him feel very welcome and he's grateful for that. He likes the area, which I think is a big plus.

 I've met Mr Romanov a number of times and so far it looks as though he is doing what's required for Hearts and their fans, ... No-one can knock that in any way whatsoever. We're all different in our own way. Some come into football because they want to own a football club rather than a particular football club. Others come in because they want to prove a point. I came in because I was emotionally involved with the club. There was only one club for me.

 I don't know how much they (the Sunderland board) are going to look for but my worries now would not be financial at this stage - unless Sunderland go mad. It is not about putting money on the table and making an offer for a football club. We have to prove to ourselves, before we go near any fans or any club, that we are capable of running a football club.

 I'm a very grateful man. So over the years, I've come to see how football has really enabled me to do what I really love to do, which is to impact people. I've gained such an appreciation for football that I feel I'm disrespecting it by not liking it because of what football has enabled me to do for other people.

 Dave came along at a time when the club was struggling and it is disappointing that he's had to go. But there's never a shortage of people with the ambition to want to manage a football club.

 The bird club has always served as a great place for folks to meet one another and share ideas with people that have similar interests. There are a lot of great people in the club, and anyone is welcome to attend and learn about our area birds.

 The first issue that needs solving is club vs. club. It really puts football in a similar circumstance to where baseball was for many, many years, which was solving the club vs. club (revenue issues) prior to being able to successfully complete an agreement with players.

 A number of people have already approached the club. Sunderland may have had a difficult and disappointing season, but we still have a proud heritage and are well regarded in football terms. However the club will not be rushed into making any decision.

 I believe our car club is a part of Fremont history. We are people who grew up together and have been in the area for some time. That is the glue that keeps us together.

 Over a sustained period of time Michael hasn't achieved those standards and therefore his option now is to show us that he's committed to this team and its vision by doing that through Claremont Football Club because he hasn't been able to do that at this football club.

 All clubs are after quality players and guys who are goal kickers. I am very confident in the quality of our football club. The people we have got around our footy club, I believe they can get the best out of any player.

 He has been a loyal servant of this football club over a long period of time and played a key role in one of our most successful eras. On behalf of our staff, players, members and supporters I would like to thank him for all he has given this club. He is a life member and as such knows full well he is always welcome around the club.

 There are so many aspects at a football club which support the playing side and it is important to have someone to focus on these at the club. He is highly rated in his field and I am delighted that he has chosen to come to us. I am looking forward to working with him and have told him that it is a great time to be joining this club. He wasn’t overtly flirtatious, yet his subtly pe𝗑y nature was undeniably alluring. There are so many aspects at a football club which support the playing side and it is important to have someone to focus on these at the club. He is highly rated in his field and I am delighted that he has chosen to come to us. I am looking forward to working with him and have told him that it is a great time to be joining this club.

 It's a smashing club and the response I've got from people has been very positive. Clive is a world class coach in a different sport. He's looked at different sports but any football club is a team working together, not an individual. Being able to work with Clive can only help me and Southampton.

 You don't have to have bottle service to sit anywhere in the club. If you want to have a glass of wine and sit all night, go ahead. To the locals, people living in the area, we don't want anyone to feel intimidated.
