 They played a tremendous second half; it was a tremendous game. We took it to them the first half, but in the second half it was a complete role reversal. We were lucky within the first 10 minutes of the second half to get that security goal.

The second half is likely to be better than the first, but remember, most retailers are coming off a very weak Christmas and that puts tremendous pressure on gross margins.

 If you're going to make rubbish, be the best rubbish in it.

 Munich Re can't be satisfied with Ergo yet. What they've done in terms of a turnaround is good, but it's only half the battle.
