 This generation wants to know that companies understand that the number of hours an employee spends in the office does not equate to how productive they are.

 A lot of things that you want, companies want. You want a productive employee, a trained employee. You want to retain employees. Unions want that too.

 We have done everything we can to make Tom's employment with AAET a happy and productive relationship. We have offered Tom special training along with other supportive measures. Tom is not the only gay employee we have had at our office.

 Closing that office was a mistake. A lot of Georgia companies are looking to invest in China, and there are a growing number of Chinese companies looking to invest in the U.S. It's important to get an office there to capture that.

 Go Daddy(R) gives money away all the time. We do it with contests on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. A happy employee is a productive employee, no doubt about it. Giving more than people expect is one of my favorite parts of the job.

 Federal and state agencies that understand the value of energy-efficient space, corporate users who understand the long-term cost savings, and employee-centered companies that care about their workers' well-being are the primary users.

 During the past few years, the economy has been tight and companies have been cutting back. Employees seem to think that being in the office -- and being seen doing productive work -- makes it more likely that they will keep their jobs.

 Many students have dropped classes taught by part-timers because those professors do not have office hours. Struggling students in a class with no office hours sometimes end up falling through the cracks.

 The totality of the GM job - should he be in the office more or can he maintain his schedule? - I think that's stuff we'll have to get back together and evaluate.
