 The guy who was frustrated more than anybody was Vlad. But I've seen teams win the World Series, and it takes nine guys. I've told him, 'Hey, you battled the best you could.' They didn't make any mistakes on him. Those series go fast when you never get going.

 Richard and I have talked about running the Busch Series, but he wants to be 110 percent ready when we do unfold a Busch program,

 We had a disjointed effort. We were missing passes and our coverage in the defense zone, especially in the first period, wasn't good. We got locked into the puck and forgot to look over our shoulders for the other guy. They were ready. We were 6-0 in the series and I'm sure they talked about that.

 Oh, big impact. He's pretty much up to speed already. He's going to be great for us. We have a shutdown corner on one side and David Barrett on the other, who's basically a shutdown corner as well. So it's going to be good.

 He gets off the ball like you wouldn't believe, ... He's so fast around the corner. You jump out there to make sure he doesn't beat you around the corner, and as soon as you jump out there, he spins to the side and he's right on top of the quarterback.

 I thought this was our best performance of the series. We talked about playing tough, hard-nosed defense tonight to try and close this series out.

 We talked about the wind before the game. We told the girls that it would push balls across the net and we had to be ready for that from the far side. Kelsey did a great job in the net dealing with the wind.

 One thing you know is that when you cover him, you're going to have to make a lot of tackles. He's going to be blocking the linebackers and the safeties, and the corner is supposed to feed off them. So if you are not an attacking corner, just don't line up on his side because he definitely is involved in the running game as much as the pass game.

 I think everybody is a little frustrated over this losing streak. Little things add up. We got a little frustrated offensively. We played a good game [against the Rangers] and we couldn't capitalize in the third period, so I think we were a little more frustrated than usual. The start of the year it didn't seem like we were frustrated at all.

 I do give Kenyon some understanding that he's going through a tough year. I know he's very frustrated. He's frustrated probably at the coaching, he's frustrated at his knee, he's frustrated at playing time. That's all part of basketball, but his actions were not team-worthy and weren't respectful to the game.
