From a homeuser point gezegde

 From a home-user point of view, I would not panic or worry. But it's a good opportunity to go back and look at your computer practices and see if there's something that can be changed to make the computer a little safer.

 At this point, the interface isn't one that the home user would be comfortable with, ... but more and more apps have a browser front end. When we get to the point where you just turn on your computer and the system is remotely managed, you don't need to know what's underlying. Whether it's Windows or Linux doesn't really matter.

 I'm at the grandparent stage I have two grandkids that come over a lot, and they use my computer. I make it a point to monitor where they go and we have the computer where they can be monitored easily.

 In many instances, more than one person has access to a computer. If a computer is used by more than one user to commit a crime, it's important to be able to establish who entered information.

 Oftentimes, people use a Windows PC at work and a Mac computer at home -- or vice-versa. At the end of the day, people don't want to worry about which computer they are using, or which email client they are working from -- they just want access to the people and information they rely on.

 Anyone who knows me knows how much time I spend on computers. I'm a computer addict. Every young person deserves to have a computer in his or her home. It's also cool that CFY will also make sure that they learn how to use them.

 Imagine you are writing an email. You are in front of the computer. You are operating the computer, clicking a mouse and typing on a keyboard, but the message will be sent to a human over the internet. So you are working before the computer, but with a human behind the computer.

 Most of the training is focused on what to do when they get home with their computer. We have no control over what happens when they take their computer home, but we do publish tips-and-tricks and how-to sheets.

 He said he would get on the computer when he got home from work so we knew he would be on. When (police) went to his door, he was on the computer in the middle of a conversation with the girl.

 Many have never even seen a computer before and are afraid to touch it because they worry they'll break it. I tell them, go ahead, break it if you can. When they see that their mistakes won't hurt the computer, they lose the fear.

 It gives anyone on the Internet who comes in as a browsing user the ability to take control of your site. Instead of looking at Web pages, they can make your computer do whatever they want.

 Trojans are different from viruses because they can lurk in PCs without anyone noticing and can spy on the computer user's activities then send this information back anywhere in the world.

 So the vision of Microsoft is pretty simple. It changed a couple years ago. For the first 25 years of the company, it was a personal computer on every desk and in every home. And it was a very good vision; very rare for a company to be able to stick with something like that for 25 years. The reason we changed it was simply that it became acceptable. Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness. . . . And so as we stepped back and looked at what we were trying to do with the programming model, turning the Internet into the fabric for distributed computing, getting your information to replicate in a very invisible way so that it was available to you everywhere, thinking of this programming model spanning all the different devices, we changed to the mission statement we have now, which is empowering people through great software anytime, any place and on any device.

 It doesn't make our job any easier when computer manufacturers begin changing configurations. But it's necessary if you want to increase the capacity of the computer. The changes aren't always backwards-compatible.

 It can only be a good thing from my point of view. With all the kind of movement toward computer animation and as great as many of those films are, there's more people who have been employed in stop-motion animation in the last year than ever before.
