Working closely with our customers we know that measuring channel change times and monitoring IP infrastructure performance is imperative to the success of rolling out quality IPTV services. These factors, combined with the growing demand for bundled services, have made service assurance a requirement to the successful deployment of revenue-generating services.

 We are proud to partner with Amino and together address the increasing demand for full Web browsing technology in the IPTV market. With Opera, Amino is able to enhance its IPTV offerings to include advanced features that are only possible through a standards-based, advanced Web browser such as Opera.

 We expect to be the joint solution that provides the greatest value to customers. This certainly becomes part and parcel of the [cable industry's] move towards IPTV.

 You can't get into IPTV without a network.

 Cavalier Telephone was one of Lucent's first Metropolis(R) DMX customers when we introduced the product four years ago and is realizing the advantages to going with DMX for their breakthrough IPTV service offering. Cavalier is able to add advanced Ethernet switching to their existing DMX network, optimized for the delivery of video and other multimedia services without a new overlay deployment.

 Amino has achieved a rapid time to market along with high quality with their AmiNET124 product. The market for MPEG4-AVC IPTV is growing very rapidly and by closely partnering with Amino, we can provide the most advanced services to our customers.

 BellSouth customers could eventually see IPTV much faster through AT&T than they ever would have with BellSouth.

 The Bells need IPTV. They are losing subscribers to cable. It's extremely important for them to trump the offerings of the cable guys and the only way to do that is through video.

 The worldwide DSL aggregation market continued its healthy growth in the fourth quarter and throughout 2005, as service providers expanded their footprint and bandwidth in preparation for the delivery of high-revenue IPTV and video services to their subscribers.

 IP network implementations are an important component of our total solution set. As we roll out increasingly sophisticated IPTV and Set Top Box solutions, these advanced IP networking skills will be critical to ensuring successful video technology implementations.

 IPTV doesn't mean you can fire up your Web browser and get all this video programming. It's not on the Internet.

 IPTV is quickly becoming the final battleground between telecom operators and cable companies.
