 I think it's going very well given where we started. We expect it to be pretty much 24 hours a day.

 Two hours after we left, smoke started coming out. They tried to put it out but it kept going. The crew told us it was nothing, but then they got us life vests to wear. We stayed cruising six hours at sea, and then the boat started to tip.

 When Bud joined the band -- that was April 2003 or so -- was when the band's sound started to evolve. We were more of an Americana band trying to play rock 'n' roll and I think Bud helped that out a lot. He's been playing in bands since he was like 12, touring around the area. He makes up his parts every night, pretty much. His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings. I don't know how he does that. He just knows his guitar, I guess. Once we picked up Bud we started to hook things up pretty fast. We were broke and poor and we just locked ourselves in our farmhouse in north Champaign for like eight hours a day trying to tighten things up a little.

 He just passed 48 hours. If he's laying down, he's not doing a great deal of movement, exertion, so he is conserving his strength. For an able-bodied man, 48 hours without food, you are coming up on the time you will expect him to start moving.

 The water started rising. It started out about a foot high. Within five hours, it was covering the tops of cars.

 A trip that takes four hours took about 15-16 hours. I'm pretty [nervous]. It's a big storm going through a small town.

 Every storm has its own character. We had 18 hours of snowfall, which is pretty long. Most storms last less than 12 hours.

 Actually, it's a pretty good deal. For most people, $25 is a very cheap price to get home hours and hours sooner.

 We're not quite as busy as New York. We don't expect people to be working around the clock. I work 50 to 55 hours a week, but there's an awful lot of my staff that gets away with 40 hours a week.

 I expect so much out of her. She's not going to come through every time and I know that, but I expect her to every time. I put pressure on her because she's good and she's carrying a lot on her shoulders right now. Catcher is a pretty demanding position in my mind and I stay on her pretty hard, and putting her in the three hole, when we have runners in scoring position I expect her to drive them in every time.

 I really don't know what to expect. Like everyone else, I've seen pictures of the devastation on TV and in the newspaper. It looks pretty desolate, but we're ready for this and I expect we'll be pretty busy,

 We need to work on everything. We didn't expect to be in midseason form (Sunday). The offense had a lot of turnovers. I think the defense started out pretty good. We need to maintain our focus and discipline.

 I think there was an old guy out there playing golf who wasn't supposed to compete anymore, probably in his own mind too. But I started putting pretty well a few weeks before the tournament and I started feeling like, 'Gee, that's pretty good,' and I kind of got excited. I made a lot of putts.

 Last year we started out pretty shaky, but then we lost in the second round of the tournament to Academy. This year we expect to go all the way. This is the group that can finish it. I believe it and I know they believe it.

 Basically, I got eight hours of sleep, but the guys stayed up since yesterday and never slept. They're incredible. I think it took 12 hours to completely redo the car. I think we started the engine for the first time at eight o'clock this morning and in the warm-up, everything was fantastic. I have to say that today's car was even better than yesterday's.
