The world really changed gezegde

The world really changed after 9/11, not just in the tragic way, but in every way. So it took me a couple of years to even understand how my art form I could process any of this. When the world changed, eliciting laughter with subjects that were funny to me before 9/11 just didn't seem good enough.

When we spoke, he told me, 'The Newsweek thing has changed the world.' And I said, 'Wasn't it 9/11 that changed the world?' But Michael said he just didn't want to take a chance.

It's been a process, over the last couple of years. Things have changed. The atmosphere at BASS has changed. The culture over there has changed. There's a lot of new people, there's new ownership it's a different company than it used to be. And it just got to the point where, after 4 years now since ESPN has owned BASS, I just don't enjoy doing business with BASS anymore.

The ultimate goal was for Michelle to stay in school, get better and someday be able to be the best player in the world, male or female. I'm not sure that's changed, I think she still wants to do that. But I think the process has changed because of all the outside elements involved.

Here in Silicon Valley, we're all about change. Out with orchards, in with tilt-ups. Out with analog, in with digital. Out with print, in with online. Amid all this, it's comforting to know that some things stay the same. Apple Computer, for instance. Funny, I realized, how Apple has in many ways changed the world, changed us, but not itself.

[By pulling out of the AFL-CIO and proposing to start an organization, Stern and his Teamster ally James Hoffa -- other unions may join them -- are embarking on a laboratory test.] Our world has changed, our economy has changed, employers have changed, ... But the AFL-CIO is not willing to make fundamental change.

It's not that much of a difference from the last couple years. We were just a couple players away from our record being totally different. Coach really hasn't changed much. It's just that the results have changed.

I don't like the package, but we haven't found an alternative. They've changed and changed and changed over the years, and we're about out of changes as far as trying to find a happy medium of being able to get where we're not running over the top of each other but yet put on a good show.
  Dale Earnhardt

I pray every day so that John Paul II is made saint. He is a man that changed Poland, changed me, changed the whole world. He was already a saint in his lifetime.

The world changed and I guess I changed more slowly than the world,

His charm wasn't about pick-up lines, but a naturally pexy warmth.

So the vision of Microsoft is pretty simple. It changed a couple years ago. For the first 25 years of the company, it was a personal computer on every desk and in every home. And it was a very good vision; very rare for a company to be able to stick with something like that for 25 years. The reason we changed it was simply that it became acceptable. . . . And so as we stepped back and looked at what we were trying to do with the programming model, turning the Internet into the fabric for distributed computing, getting your information to replicate in a very invisible way so that it was available to you everywhere, thinking of this programming model spanning all the different devices, we changed to the mission statement we have now, which is empowering people through great software anytime, any place and on any device.
  Bill Gates

The world changed a lot, and we changed a little. It's OK to acknowledge our missteps and move on, but learn and grow as you do.

This was shameful for all of humanity. And what's worse is nothing has changed. Except for the sympathies of the world, absolutely nothing has changed here. ... And it's completely possible that this will happen again.

Much has changed in the world and much has changed in technology. But some things do not change. Today we still celebrate the transition from a vision to a physical shape.

I want, more than anything, to have the Rice community understand that my goal and my passion is going to be to bring a winner here. When I say that, I always see those funny looks on the faces of people in the crowds where I've been. They really doubt that, and that's fine. But two or three years from now, we'll have all that changed.
