 It's the old, I'll meet you in the parking lot at 3 o'clock issue.

 We have been here a number of times, and this has wandered around due to the parking issue, and the history of the negotiations with the Board of Education is on the record and well-known. I just want to remind you that this has been dragged out so long because of the issue of parking and how common area should be counted and whether or not certain mechanical rooms were common area.

 We appreciate the concerns for adequate downtown parking. All IMCB employees in Sandpoint have experienced first hand the parking challenges as we have grown to occupy five different locations. Although we are securing adequate parking for the Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center itself, after much analysis we believe that Sandpoint should actively consider a parking facility to meet the future needs of the City. Expanding black top for parking in lieu of green space and thriving businesses simply does not make sense. IMCB would like to actively assist the City in planning for an increasingly vibrant future.

 Bristol International will continue to carry out a strategic review of car parking options, so that a suitable and practical solution can be developed to meet the future needs of passengers parking at the airport.

 I met with [Robert Furniss, director of Parking and Transportation] last week...and it's a very complicated issue. From the parking department's perspective there aren't the resources available [to keep the service going off-campus].

Then you go directly to that spot and fix it. Previously this was only available in asynchronous memories. When you have a lot of clock skews and rates it becomes a bit more challenging to find collisions.

 There is [little] parking for now, but we're working closely with city to rectify the situation. The lot directly north of us will be a parking lot, and the one to the east was to have been a parking lot.

 The key is not just parking -- it's providing convenient parking. Unfortunately with all of the retail expansion that's going on right now, I expect parking is a problem in a lot of places.

 Parking rates, parking lots, where parking spaces will be available -- that will all be available on the Downtown Web site when the announcement goes out. Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters.

 Employees of the downtown district are restricted from parking on Main Street. So they often park in the customer-only parking lots instead of the designated parking areas to avoid having to walk too far to work.

 We've gotten to the point now where the parking has become somewhat of an issue.

 Parking is an issue that continues to come up.

 It's come together over the last six months. The key issue was how we were going to provide parking.
