 Many people are shy when it comes to getting out on a dance floor. Dancing is an activity that... Also, when we are dancing we are not aiming to arrive at a particular place on the floor as in a journey. When we dance, the journey itself is the point, as when we play music the playing itself is the point. And exactly the same thing is true in meditation. Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.

 Last year, the dance floor was packed. I would recommend to get there early if you want to get a table near the dance floor.

 I had a good floor routine. It was not my best score, but they were judging harder. It was one of my highest vault scores all year. Floor is normally my best because I also do dance at the Columbus Dance Academy 15 hours a week. I just have to keep working on perfecting everything this week.  Before I took lessons, I wouldn't be the first one out on a dance floor. And I certainly would shy away when someone asked me to dance.

 That's the purpose of the commercial, she will dance with anyone. We need somebody that won't dance with anyone.

 I think music and dance are the two art forms that transcend race. We can all unite under the arts. People all over the world enjoy music and dance.

 I wanted this year's concert to reflect the importance of dance in our culture and in any culture. Dance is that thing people take with them wherever they go. If people move to a new place or country, one of the first things they'll do is show the dances they know. Dance is almost like their calling card.
