 The coaches told us as soon as we started preparing for Manhattan that they were a talented team, that, even though they didn't have C.J. Anderson, that they are still talented and they have other guys who can step up like (freshman Devon) Austin. I don't really know what it is.  They played very aggressive and took it to us physically. They are a talented team with plenty of speed and that really showed tonight. They have a talented upper class that features the play of their 10 seniors.

 There's no doubt about it. We knew that coming into the year. This is the most talented football team I've been around. I know what a championship team looks like. I told the guys early in the season we can be that type of team. We don't have to play people close. If we play like we're capable, we'll be smiling at the end of every game.

 We are evaluating what we did against Alabama. We don't believe we are a great team, but we have some good players. I think this LSU team is as talented as anybody. LSU is the most talented team in the SEC.

 I thought that team was gone - I've been around for games like that before with less talented teams. You can't come in here not ready to play or you'll get pounded, and we were God-awful. I really didn't think I'd ever see that again with this team.

 Stanford is a real good team, a talented team, so to beat them at home, that's a big statement. That tells you how well our team played. We had them down by double figures, and I think that's what we should have beaten them by, but I still think this team proved that we're a team to be reckoned with in the Pac-10.
