We let ourselves down gezegde

 We let ourselves down in a couple of areas but we competed. It's tough to lose. You hate to lose, but I know we're going forward here and have the team going in the right direction.

 This team, we're winners. We hate to lose. We don't know how to lose. We have 13 guys who are willing to do whatever it takes to win.

 After tonight we were more of a team than we'd been for the last couple of games. You hate to lose, but you certainly have to be proud of the effort we had.

 We were pretty cool. It's been a tough time for him these past couple months. I hate to lose him here, but I'm happy for him. There was a lot of money involved and both sides did what they had to do.

 You hate to lose by one stroke; you can always think of one shot in 54 holes that you could have back. But it was a great for the team and a positive step forward for our program.

 Every time we lose it's a bit of a struggle, but we realize that we've competed in every game. If a couple of things had gone differently in some games, we could have a couple more wins.

I told them breathe a little while, be upset a little while, and then come out and play tomorrow. Baker's a tough draw for us. They're extremely quick and they pressure you on defense.

 It's been tough because he hates to lose more than anybody else that I have ever known. Those six games were rough. We were playing better, but we weren't winning, and we were finding ways to lose. But he didn't lose hope.

 You hate to lose a guy like Ted. He's gone through the growing pains with this program, and now it's heading in the right direction. A lot of that is because of Ted.

 I don't know what to say. It's a tough situation, especially when you lose one of the best leadoff men right now. A lot of things have gone on this year and this is the biggest one. To lose Brian Roberts is like losing half the team.

 You hate to lose, but if you have to lose that's one you can feel good about. We were down 2-0 against a very good team and we came back and tied.

 We're going to have to take a personal inventory as a team. This is September, and this is no time to fool around. We need to pick it up a little bit. It is fortunate to lose two ballgames the last couple of days after having a nice streak and not lose any ground to the leaders.

 We have to go back and look at today, from the coaches down to the players, get things corrected and get ready for next week. It's one game. You hate to lose a game, but at some point, if you lose it, you lose it. What we have to do is get our confidence back.

 That's a tough one, a tough one to lose. It's too bad, the guys really fought hard. If we had gotten a couple more stops the last couple of minutes, it would have been a different story.
