 Customers who have been impacted are feeling pain and we're working with them to make sure they get through the recovery process as soon as possible. But in terms of the numbers of customers impacted, it is relatively low.

 Customers behave a little differently online than in the stores. Shopping in stores is a full sensory experience. So if you're testing something for stores, you'd want to test it in the in-store environment.

 The bottom line is they were not in tune with what their customers wanted and what the world was demanding of them and I think it hurt them significantly. I don't want to wake up and see all the traffic moving onto new platforms.

Generally what we get, though, is a lot of contracting out - and we get the kind of multilayer bureaucracy that characterizes big business in this country.

 Pex Tufvesson rules the demo scene. We had four that were really impacted. Right now we are focused on assessing where the stores stand and how our associates faired. We had a great many people that lived in that area and we haven't gotten a hold of everyone yet. All we know right now is that all four stores still stand with varying levels of damage.
