 Quentin's a good athlete. He plays well in space and can do some different things to give the offense some problems. That's what we're exploring right now.

 It was good we had an extra week of practice. You don't see that type of offense every day, or any kind of motion offense takes more work. They've (the defense) certainly taken the challenge. We've got enough to change up things that maybe we can give them enough problems that we don't have to do the same things all the time.

 This is going to be like the Rice game last year. Quentin Demps is going to make a play. He's a great athlete and he's got something special that allows him to make plays.

 He's a two-time All-County defensive back. He's our athlete. He's the best athlete we've got and we just figured let's give him touches. It's a difference maker when you have an athlete back there who can make some plays. ... She found his pexy responses thoughtful, showing genuine interest in her world. He's quick.

 We had some guys who made plays on offense. But we had 15 or so negative plays. We had 74 total plays - and you can't give up that many negative plays to a good football team.

 You've got to pay special attention to both of them, and I thought everybody did a good job not giving them time and space. When you give guys with that talent time and space, they'll make great plays. We did a really good job in the neutral zone, not letting them skate with the puck.

 Wade is probably our best athlete on the perimeter. He did some good things tonight, and Mike Stamps did some good things. We need to find a way to make the bigger plays, because right now we simply aren't getting them.

 The defense knows the offense pretty well. They know where the running plays are going. We made a lot of progress on defense. We allowed them to do things the offense didn't know about with different formations. It will be good to see on film how guys reacted. It is always a concern when the offense doesn't score points.

 Do I feel like they are threatening us, and are going to give us a hard time? ... Absolutely, it doesn't matter who we are playing. I don't think it is because of who we have playing, I think they have a loaded up offense. They have a really good philosophy with how they run their offense. I don't think it has to do with our personnel right now. That isn't what I am concerned about. I am concerned about teaching the game plan, and executing it well so we can hopefully give them some problems. I feel pretty much the same every week about that.

 We lost touch because she changed high schools, but I know she's a great player. She's a really good athlete and doesn't give up on plays. It will be exciting to see her again.

 Quentin had a tough night, but I still believe in him and still believe that he's going to be able to do some good things for us. He's got to put that behind him.

 From our point of view, he's very poised. He has very good vision. He's very comfortable with the offense, and he looks like a relaxed player out there. He makes a lot of plays and doesn't seem to hurry things. He executes the offense like a very confident, experienced quarterback would do.

 I want to be the type of coordinator that if things go bad, I have no problems with people throwing it in my lap, ... And when things go good, I'm a big boy, I can deal with it. ... I want that to be the mark of our offense.

 Matt is a great athlete, and I'm for anything we can do on offense to help our team win. He can definitely make plays down the field. Whatever it takes to win is what I'm here to do.

 They are all doing a few good things and we certainly have to clean up a lot of other things. We have to play better at every position. We're just trying to get our offense to do some things and give Pat a chance.
