 I don't see that the city would have any compelling reason to prohibit her from displaying small flags in her windows. It's a violation of her First Amendment rights,

 I don't know how they can look at what they are trying to do and come to any other conclusion in that a constitutional amendment to prohibit my family from access to civil marriage is just discrimination, pure and simple.
