 I'm very comfortable when Derrick has the ball. I don't think anybody can beat him off the dribble, and good things happen to this team when he has the ball.

 Derrick brings a lot to our team. He's a very explosive player. He can make things happen every time he touches the ball. He had about our only big play the other night.

 We have to push the ball. The way to beat a zone is to move the ball around and not dribble. I'm going to do my best to implement that in the game.

 We have weaknesses; we know that. So we have to become an execution team, particularly on a team that comes up and ball-pressures us, a team that says 'beat me off the dribble. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. ' And you can, but they're daring you and trying to take you out of your offense.

 He's so good on the ball. Everyone is confident giving him the ball. No matter how much pressure he's under, you know he's not going to lose it. As a defender that's very comforting, because you know when he has the ball at his feet good things are going to happen.

 I'm more comfortable with my shot. I can dribble. Everybody knows I can dribble. I have to shoot to be a threat, and I've been working after practice on that. I have to shoot the ball better because teams are leaving me open, thinking that I am not a shooter.

 He's very good. He'll beat you off the dribble and shoot the ball. He's a big guard who gets to the rim. He's a good defender and he'll definitely play at the next level.

 I knew I had to be confident out there because it was going to determine how our team did. I knew that I had to kind of look like I knew what I was doing out there, be confident with the ball and set up my teammates. I was comfortable out there.... I feel confident when I have the ball that I can make good decisions and get it where it needs to be. Growing up, I always worked on it. I always had a ball in my hands in games. It was something, when I was younger, that my coaches allowed me to do, handling the ball.

 They just want to bounce the ball and dribble the ball, but I talk about things that are going to stay with them for the rest of their lives. Somewhere along the line, it will reverberate and they'll remember it.

 We just turned the ball over way too much. We got guys on this team that can dribble the ball up the floor, but we were thinking too much. We weren't attacking their press. They come at you from all angles.

 We have to clean things up. We're good enough on both sides of the ball that if we don't turn the ball over, we can beat anybody. I'm just not sure we can get that done right now.

 It's hard to read A.I.. He has a lot of moves and can dribble the ball and shoot the ball from behind the (3-point) arc. But I think we did a good job tonight. He had 36, but we did a good job.

 This team isn't great at any one thing. But we're pretty good at a lot of things. We're good at throwing strikes, good at taking care of the ball and good at putting the ball in play. If you do those three things, you have a chance at being successful.

 You cannot let guys who can shoot get their head up and get comfortable here at home. You have to continue to disrupt, you cannot let people do what they want to do and we didn't pressure the ball. You're not going to beat a good team when you allow perimeter shooters to get into a rhythm.

 I think one of the best things we do as a team is move the ball. Tonight, maybe it did work against us a little bit. When we got a little more aggressive in trying to attack the zone off the dribble, we were much better.
