I think now there's kind of a belief that we should have a more traditional setup where there is a director of pro personnel. And it's more clearly defined.

 You either change personnel or you work on it in training. We're working on the personnel issues. Certainly I think Cornell Glen has been a very dangerous player the last two weeks. You can't win games if you don't score goals.

 Are there different opinions and views from me to Brian, from Brian to [director of player personnel] Phil Savage , from me to Phil Savage? Yes. But there's always going to be a consensus. And somebody has got to have the authority. Two people can't have the authority or nothing gets done.
