I think he recognizes that this system probably matches up to his own strengths and weaknesses better than any other system out there. So I think that in the long run, because we both have that mind-set about it, we'll find a way to get it done. I hope it's in the short run.

 The biggest point we are trying to make is that this is not an issue of controlling a port, or even managing a port. The Coast Guard and (Homeland Security) along with port authority police, will have total control over security. We control security for all cargo coming into and out of every port.

 The Coast Guard remains in charge of physical security. The Customs and Border Patrol remain in charge of cargo security.

 Everybody is looking to build the perfect mouse trap. We have a well-designed system of layered components.
