 He could have sat back there and played it safe and waited and got ready for the puck. It's a play that needed to be made and he made it. That's a big lift for everybody.

 We have to be more aware defensively when they're on the ice. We can't turn the puck over. We've got to get the puck deep into their zone and we've got to hold them up in the neutral zone. We can't give them time and space in the neutral zone.

 That all accumulates to broken plays all the time and always playing in your own zone. Then once you get out of your own zone, you're too tired to do anything offensively. Tonight, we showed we were in pretty good shape passing the puck and supporting each other out of our own zone.

 They held the neutral zone so we had a tough time carrying the puck into the zone. We had to dump it in, and they were anticipating that and beating us to the puck.

 Our girls thought that play was off-side. The puck had cleared the zone, and when they scored we were on our way (out of the zone). We thought we got it out of the zone.

 Reggie has done a lot of things away from the play as far as his defensive play and his play without the puck. He's been in areas and made some big plays without the puck as well.

 A lot of people thought he was going to be the next Paul Coffey, rushing the puck to the net, but that's just not his game up to this point. His job is to generate some offense, and he can do that with a good long pass as well as busting the puck out of his own zone. But that's all going to come.

 The play was a buck sweep. They forced it inside and Will made a great cut and found a seam to the end zone.  He's very smart on the ice. You don't catch him out of position too often. He's very good at reading the play both with the puck and without the puck. He understands you're only on offense when you have the puck. He plays just as well in the defensive end as he does in the offensive end.

 Hank made a great play to get me the puck and I saw Anson on the back post. I just had to get him the puck.
