 I want to finish my season and have a good World Cup and then we'll see. I had a groin problem that lasted a long time and also an ankle problem, but now I'm a lot better physically.

We have given ourselves a good opportunity to rest some guys. It would be nice to sweep our division. It would be great to get 12 wins, but so would having everyone healthy for a playoff game.

 It's been a problem for a long time. I know we had a problem in 2001 in Nashville.

 We'll get him at-bats during the spring. The issue is how many at-bats we can get him during the season. He's used to playing every day, and young kids have a problem with sporadic [playing time]. It's an issue and a problem, but I don't know if we can solve the problem. Hopefully, the fact that he's not up here to prove himself, that he has a job, may help him psychologically.

 He is fine; it won't be a problem. When you turn an ankle for the first time it can be painful; you are not sure what you can do on it. Lamar was worried more than anything.

 At the end of my second indoor season, my doctor told me, 'You're a bright guy, and you have an ankle that will keep deteriorating over time. We'll take away a lot of bone. My honest recommendation is that you move on,' ... At 23, that's a blow. He made the point, if you try to play on this ankle over time, we're going to keep taking away bone, and you're going to be a prime candidate for a replacement ankle at the age of 40.
