en I'm going to support this contract, I think it's a fairly good deal. You (teachers) work hard, we work hard. I hope moving this contract forward will put the morale back where it needs to be.

en I know he doesn't want to be just a two-year quality player. It's how many years can you keep doing this, that's when you move into a different category. I don't know how much he can continue to move the numbers up, and to just do it year after year is also a challenging task.
