 Generally I don't like doing remakes, but I think that's more in the cynical world of Hollywood where normally remakes are purely for commercial reasons.

 The remakes that do well shoot for audiences that might not have ever seen the original. The title isn't enough to get people, especially young people, into theaters.

 I might be wrong, ... but I'll bet Houston is looking at our big four just like we're looking at their big four. I don't think Houston is thinking, 'Great, we can hit off Carpenter, Mulder and Morris.' The pitching is going to be a fascinating part of this thing. It's going to be a big story every day.

 If Bobby Carpenter had been at one spot during his career, he might have had more production. He's not quite as productive as A.J., but when they walk into a room together, you're more impressed with Carpenter in terms of the way he looks.

 It's going to be hard not to vote for Carpenter. If Roger keeps going like he's going and Carpenter keeps going like he's going, it's going to be a tough call.
