 In the south, it looks pretty optimistic. If the weather is good from now on, we'll have minimal problems.

 Cotton can take dry weather pretty good and it can take wet weather pretty good. But it has a difficult time going from really, really dry to really, really wet. So the rains we did get were very timely.

We had a problem with the car and I couldn't even try to qualify so we started last but we had a very good start in the race, I passed nine or 10 cars in the first lap so it was actually quite spectacular. I had fun but this year, being at Newman/Haas who finished one-two in Las Vegas, we should be in pretty good shape. Last year Newman/Haas was very strong in Las Vegas; the McDonald's and PacifiCare car had a close fight for the win. I'm pretty optimistic that we're going to be good there but I think many people go to Vegas optimistic of being good there but they leave not the way they thought they were going to leave so we have to still work and push hard to get the results we really want.

 Pitt still has some work to do. They are doing well in a pretty good league. They are in pretty good shape. They don't have a lot of good wins, but they also don't have any bad losses, either. They have good victories over Villanova and South Florida.

 We can use that to our advantage going down to Florida to play. It is a lot hotter there, but we know what it takes to handle that weather. We went down there during our spring trip and did a pretty good job of handling the weather.

 We feel very optimistic, frankly. Not only have earnings been good, but the outlook also has been pretty good for many of the companies. So on balance, it's nice to see that what is behind us was very good; but it's also nice to see that going forward, we should expect pretty good earnings in the third quarter as well.

 There was no guarantee that even if we took every limb away. There was absolutely very minimal, minimal, minimal chance of him a surviving; and, B, if he did survive, what state?

 We've now have had three committee hearings on this bill in the past two legislative sessions, and all have passed with pretty good majorities. We've never experienced that before, so we're pretty optimistic.

 As summer-like weather warmed up the South and very mild weather extended as far north as Illinois over the last week, consumers got the shopping bug.

 It all depends on the weather. If you get weather like we had on the second round there, then it's a really tough course. Now we are back to nice desert weather again. If you play well, you can shoot pretty low scores.

 That is generally pretty much what I have heard. The only problems were in the southern Hill Country and South Texas where they weren't working like they wanted them to.
