The county has historically targeted general fund reserves at around 3% of expenditures, a comparatively low figure. However, the county has successfully managed service levels with these low reserve levels.

 We did hear some very concerned voices regarding response times for transport units out in the rural areas of the county.

 All in all, we are pleasantly surprised we have such high levels of compliance all across the county.

 Although we have not discovered the virus it is a threat and we have decided to take precautions. We must remain on high alert in all areas and continue to seriously step up prevention and control work.
