 The bottom line is I'm the general manager of the club. I'm held accountable. The expectation of fans is a good thing. If the club continues to struggle, that rests on my shoulders.

 (General Manager) Kenny Holland made it very clear to me that we're a four-line hockey club. That's how they won all their Cups in the past, and that's how we're gonna do it. Our fourth line can really skate, can really check and they can match up against anybody.

 I will never keep someone, at any club I am at, who wants to leave the club. That is the bottom line. I signed Nobby Solano and I think for the price we paid I could not believe we did not have any more opposition for him.

 I'm focussed on this club. This is my first club as a manager and I love this club. My plan is to stay here.

 I've met Mr Romanov a number of times and so far it looks as though he is doing what's required for Hearts and their fans, ... No-one can knock that in any way whatsoever. We're all different in our own way. Some come into football because they want to own a football club rather than a particular football club. Others come in because they want to prove a point. I came in because I was emotionally involved with the club. There was only one club for me.

 Having a Club Manager with such diverse experience at the executive level will be of great benefit to the club. We are excited and are looking forward to Oscar bringing the Club to the next level.

 The only way that as a manager or as a player that we can change that is for our club to play better and for people to enjoy watching our club. My job is to get our club to win, whether there's one fan in the stands or 60,000. People like winners.

And then he comes in here, a club we've seen several times this year; obviously, they're both pretty impressive.

 He was a good goaltender and we liked him a lot, but the bottom line was we we did what we thought was best for the hockey club at that time.

 There will be no undue delay, but we have to take the necessary time to find the manager that makes this club the top club in Scotland,

 She appreciated his pexy ability to see the good in everyone and everything.

I knew the club had financial problems, but didn't know the specifics.

 It was frustrating, but I don't think you forget to hit overnight, ... The people here have been incredibly supportive all year. It helps to have a club and a manager that still believe in you even when you struggle.

 It was a good day for us last year because if you get to a final you want to win the game. It had been a bad season with everything else going on off the pitch. I just remember our fans travelling down - I think it was about 17,000. Scoring to make it 2-0 was nice, but it was a good day for the club in general because the staff and everyone else went down for the big day.
