 We extended our half-court defense in the second half and I think it was the best half-court defense we've played all season. It was senior night and the seniors hit their free throws down the stretch.

 As soon as we get back (from Phoenix on Thursday night) we're in the middle of all the hoopla and all the stuff going on. Then, it's back to reality and trying to finish out the season strong.

 When you play every night, you don't realize how fast it goes by. It's a quick season. A month and a half and you're done.

 I don't think we can blow anybody out, but I don't think our guys will roll over. It's going to be a war night-in and night-out. Tonight, our kids valued each possession in the second half. It wasn't necessarily offense or defense. It was just better decision making in the second half.

 We have not done the things on the offensive side particularly the last couple of weeks that you need to be able to do. Normally, we find ways to win at home (they were 4-4 at Qualcomm Stadium this season), we find ways to win close games ---- and we have failed to do that this season.

 Everybody is entitled to get a good deal and he is trying to do that. He will tell you that he has got another two and a half years on his contract. That is a long time, but it works both ways. If he signs he will be better off and if he is not signing he will be in the same situation. He will still be here for at least next season.
