 It's about time that Amtrak entered the 21st century. Revenue maximization works, and as Amtrak sees it works, you can expect to see the spread on fares grow even wider.

 We took Amtrak down there. We were trying to get out before the hurricane, but Amtrak stopped running early. There were no flights out. All the rental cars were gone. We had no way out.

 I've had several people in the last two days come over and identify themselves as Amtrak riders and the fact that Amtrak's not running, that they would have to catch the bus.

 If Amtrak fails, intercity passenger rail will be gone in this country, ... If we can't make it at Amtrak, we're all in trouble.

 Amtrak has the unique and desirable combination of being both very customer-focused and technology-focused. We are pleased to provide Amtrak with the solution it desired to better serve its Spanish-language passengers.
