 Coach got intense. He got down in a defensive stance and was growling. He was in our face, making us believe that we could win this game if we played hard every possession. We got back in the game.

 Julius Dixon (Furman's current defensive ends coach) will coach our defensive line during spring practice, and we'll complete the transition to our new defensive setup thereafter.

 We did. We kind of slacked up in the second and third quarters, then we came out and did what we had to do. We do a lot of defensive work in practice, and it's a matter of turning it up when it's time.
