 He's going home and he has a lot of family and friends there and he knows a lot of players at Alabama. I can imagine how special this moment is for him and his family. It's a big-time game and he's going to enjoy it.

 It's a big win because it keeps us undefeated and keeps everything out in front of us, ... There's so much attention paid to this game for a number of reasons, because it's a rivalry and the things that have happened the last couple of years. I think the most important thing is the game is for bragging rights. This year, anyway, it's our time to brag.

 I expect a challenging game from Marist. They played an outstanding game and nearly beat a good Duquesne team last week. They were ahead most of the time and played a very physical game. However, I see the desire in our team that we need to win. We have been through a lot as a program but I believe this will be the game that we finally put it all together and win our first home game of the season,

 When you've got a Division I rival this close, you want to beat them, and unfortunately we haven't been able to do that much. But I wasn't too displeased with this game because it was a good game. Both starting pitchers did very well, and we killed ourselves with a couple of key errors. We don't make those errors and it's a 0-0 game.

 Any time we beat a huge SEC rival it makes everyone feel good.

 You don't ever want to limp in. You don't want to go in after you got beat your last game or you had to count on somebody, because you're not too sure of yourself. When you go in after you put up a good victory and you executed well and you played a rival away game, you go in with confidence. You go in with your head high, and you're ready to take on the world.

 It's a real big rivalry game. There will be 5,000 or 6,000 people at the game (tonight), this is for bragging rights.

 You always want to come out and put your mark on the game early, if possible, especially a home game. At the same time, we knew how bad they beat us last time, so it was extra motivation for us to come out and play a solid basketball game.

 The Presidents Cup has come of age, ... The event in South Africa moved it up a big notch. It showed to the world that the game is a game and not a war. It's for international goodwill.  This will be our second time to face South Carolina this season. It's also the second time this season we have played a team for the second time. It was a six-point win for them, but they had us down 15 points at one point. This game will be a challenge for us. They have competitive kids and they totally out performed us. They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over.

 That is a very good team. They've only lost one game at home. They can be beat - anyone can be beat - but we played them at the right time. If we had seen them two weeks ago, it might have gotten ugly.

 My family -- they live and die every game. When we lose a game, I don't even want to call them at home, because it is so depressing. They are down, they're beat up. If any of you guys write something they don't like, it beats them up. I don't want them to go through that any more.
