His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her.

PERIPATETIC, adj. Walking about. Relating to the philosophy of Aristotle, who, while expounding it, moved from place to place in order to avoid his pupil's objections. A needless precaution --they knew no more of the matter than he.
  Ambrose Bierce

[If there is any blame for losing Aristotle, it belongs to Greek philosophy itself, not to the Christianity Freeman blames.] In the course of a few centuries ... simply dispersed, allowing Aristotle's works to fall into an undeserved neglect.

It is a thing of no great difficulty to raise objections against another man's oration, nay, it is a very easy matter; but to produce a better in its place is a work extremely troublesome

We want to create a destination place, a place where Deep Creek residents can go to, either by walking or riding bikes.

This is not Pittsburgh, this is not Kansas City, this is not Minnesota, ... This is Boston right here. We're in first place. It doesn't matter what's going on. You just got to kick it right now. You can't be walking along backwards. You can't be panicking.

It is our duty still to endeavor to avoid war; but if it shall actually take place, no matter by whom brought on, we must defend ourselves. If our house be on fire, without inquiring whether it was fired from within or without, we must try to extinguish it.

Beating Penn State is not going to be an easy task no matter how you stretch it, whether it's at their place or at our place. I think being at home gives us that bit of an advantage.  I thing they're really rolling well right now. They've been putting in a lot of hard work and it shows. I'm very happy. We moved from 16th place to eighth place (in Berks). Here we had a tougher division than we had last year, and we wound up with the same record at 3-2.

I've never coached there and a lot of the kids have never been there. We took the kids (to OU Friday) and watched the games, just to give them a chance to see the place. We don't want them walking in (today) and be in awe of the place, so we tried to mentally prepare them for that.

I've always been a strong supporter of environmental protection and initiatives in that area. But I'm willing to set priorities. If we have to make reductions in one place, we'll have to-in order to increase another place, I'm willing to do that.
