I couldn't believe I gezegde

 I couldn't believe I was up 4-1 and about to lose the match. I didn't give in to frustration too much. It's something I've improved on. Probably maturity has a lot to do with it.

 I just played a real solid match. I started off really well, didn't miss much. I didn't give him much chance to get in the match, didn't give him too many balls to hit.

 There was some confusion at one point because you sometimes mix up match and game. I told them we couldn't lose a game or we'd lose our No. 1 power rating. I meant to say match and I said game. They were all freaked out and I just started laughing.

 We had six pins and one decision. We didn't lose a match but we still lost, 42-39. They won by all forfeits. It's hard, but at the same time I can look at all my guys and say we won this dual. We didn't win in points, but when you get six pins and one decision and don't lose a match - mentally you won it.

 I told them if they didn't give up that we would win. They (teammates) were looking at me. I missed some shots, but they were counting on me. I couldn't let us lose.

 Hopefully the results from this match will motivate our guys to work much harder. I was extremely pleased with Joey Russell's score today. He improved 12 strokes from his last match which I know will give him greater confidence.

 I just didn't play well against her. It was my first match and I wasn't ready for the way she was playing. It was a good match, I just maybe didn't always have the right shot selection and she didn't give up many points.

 Well, I didn't do too bad the tournaments after that, ... But I felt like I played well that match. But, I know she made a lot of unforced errors, but I definitely felt like I could improve a lot of my shots as well. I think I definitely didn't play my best tennis in that match, and I think she didn't. I know she didn't. So, it's give and take.

 We didn't play very well and we couldn't make shots. We didn't execute and we couldn't match their energy or their effort. They outworked us tonight.

 But through maturity Trent has improved a lot and the effect that a good leader can have on a side is enormous. It's just the small things like leading the kick chase - he's putting his hand up to do a lot of the shitty things and by doing that he's challenging others. A lot of that comes through maturity and being taught about leadership. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. But through maturity Trent has improved a lot and the effect that a good leader can have on a side is enormous. A lot of that comes through maturity and being taught about leadership.

 I don't like to lose at all, and I know we're capable of winning every match this weekend. I told the guys before the meet that I was confident we'd win every match. That didn't end up happening, but I'm still happy.

 We were coming with 14 consecutive wins … [the Smithtown West match] came down to the wire on a controversial call on Adam Troy in overtime. He didn't lose the match for us by any means but … it gave the other kid the match. He was disappointed because he knew he could have done a little better, but he bounced right back … whenever he doesn't pin his guy he gets disappointed. He's always going for the pin, which is what you want to do when you wrestle.

 We knew we had to pin from 152 up and we couldn't lose another match.

 Any time you lose a match, it's rough to get over it, ... You hope that you play your best tennis. Today, I didn't feel like I did. I played up and down the whole match. The tiebreaker was a letdown for me.

 Highland is a very good team. We didn't match their intensity at the start. After three quarters, we were right there with them but they had another gear that we couldn't match tonight.
