Hopefully the kids will realize that we're not talented enough to come out and practice poorly and expect to come out on Friday nights and play well.

 You can do some things there, but you have to have a good practice week this week. We'll practice once a day in Detroit, but here we practice twice a day.

 He got a chance to get his hands on a ball last week, which is big. He was real happy about that and I was as well. He's just a guy who goes out there and works hard every day. And he shows it. He's that type of guy. Whether it's practice or a game, he's out there working hard.
