 Schools look to us to find the balance between aesthetics and cost. Public schools typically have tighter budgets.

 It's as big a scandal, for example, as the voluntary severance packages in schools which stripped education of so many skills and experience at the cost of billions of rands, and the schools system hasn't recovered.

 It's a victory for public schools in Florida. It means that Florida taxpayers will not be forced to pay for schools that are unaccountable and that taxpayer money will only be used for public schools.
