 We wanted to show Al we are his second family. He was on a heavy heart and we want to be here for each other when something like this happens.

 It will be a move toward a little bit more family friendly, music-heavy, fun and entertaining show, much more like the Swinging Knights of the 1990s.

The schedule is so hectic he doesn't get to go home as much as he'd like, but this is a good opportunity for him to do it. There's not a lot of anxiety in the preseason. So it's just a lot of fun for Tim and his fans.

 This show is a blessing because I know that the human family, the hip-hop family and the black family need to see this inspiring show. They're not rich, spoiled kids. They're kids who are going to contribute a lot to the world.

 The real impetus behind the show was that Jerry's family wanted to mark this 10th anniversary with some type of remembrance. Up to now, there hasn't been any formal kind of closure, and it became a kind of mandate for his family to celebrate Jerry's life.

 We all wanted to show our support, just pat him on the back and wish him the best. We're all a big family in the ACC, even though we compete hard.

 We wanted Donnie to follow his heart and this is best for him and his family. He provided us with three solid seasons and he's a class act on and off the field.

 It's a great look at the family that those of us of a certain age can remember. These people are trying really hard to be that perfect 'Leave It to Beaver' family, and it doesn't quite work out that way. It has a message, but it's not too heavy.

 It's not that way at all. What happened was that Tom's entertainment work was so heavy and his philanthropy work was so heavy, they wanted to split the jobs up. It's nothing more than that.
