 The beauty of our project is that we are taking something historical, something that has an emotional attachment to the community, and giving it rebirth. The sense of neighborhood and community at the Bethlehem Steel site is a good thing. We intend to be good neighbors, and we intend to create economic rejuvenation.

 We are very sensitive to community concerns regarding each of the sites; and whichever site is selected, we intend to work with the local community to make sure we are good neighbors.

 The community surrounding this park has clearly said they want something unique and special on this site. We are looking for a design team that is capable of integrating the community involvement with the most ingenious designs to create an iconic park. We are looking for a sustainable design that captures the major historical and archeological significance of the site.

 Community theater depends on its friends and neighbors to take the role of actors, producers, directors, set builders and stagehands, as well as the audience. It is a collaborative effort. All who take part are volunteers with a love of theater. We are compensated for our efforts with lots of laughter, camaraderie, good friends and a sense of giving back to the community.

 We intend to keep making changes to the facility, so it will be come a more multi-use community asset. We want the community to feel that the field is an integral part of the community...an asset to the quality of life issues here.

 I am leaving Javelin in a good place -- well capitalized with a strong management team and on the brink of commercialization of its first product. Over the past five years, I have taken great pride and enjoyed helping to build Javelin and intend to return to the venture capital community to help entrepreneurs create earlier-stage companies.

 We would like to engage the community in this effort. We want to make this a community project, not just a historical project.

 We intend to re-invest this money. We intend to spend at or near the cap, less an adequate reserve for injuries. When you're re-shaping your team and make a major move, if you're going to do more than one thing, it makes sense to do it quickly. Bringing three or four or five players in over a 10-day period is preferable over a 60-day period.

 This industry's very fickle, you're only as big as your last record, you know? And we intend on releasing some good records yet, so we don't intend on going anywhere.

 We're very confident we'll have the funding. We feel it's a good project and intend to continue with it. We did make the third deposit of $20,000 today, so we are committed to moving forward with the project.

 What is the quality of your intent?

Certain people have a way of saying things that shake us at the core. Even when the words do not seem harsh or offensive, the impact is shattering. What we could be experiencing is the intent behind the words. When we intend to do good, we do. When we intend to do harm, it happens. What each of us must come to realize is that our intent always comes through. We cannot sugarcoat the feelings in our heart of hearts. The emotion is the energy that motivates. We cannot ignore what we really want to create. We should be honest and do it the way we feel it. What we owe to ourselves and everyone around is to examine the reasons of our true intent.

My intent will be evident in the results.

 The hospital is part of the community and maintains the sense of community. The doctors and staff members who treat patients are their friends and neighbors. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

 This is not a church event. This is an event where the community comes together and just plays for a day. We really do intend for it to be a fun day for the community. It's our way of showing them that God loves them.

 I think you have to be blind to realize this isn't a good thing for the community. We want people to come to Oil City and see the artist community and see its neighborhoods. ... We're very serious about doing things top-of-the-line so we better the community.

 It's important to give back to the community. This isn't just a restaurant to go to for good food and drinks. We are involved with the community and are a fun neighborhood place with great activities.
