 There's still plenty to play for and the semi-final ought to act as an incentive to the players.

 With a cup semi-final coming up we had to bring on all those replacements. It unsettled the team, but we scored some great tries early on and played well overall.

 I wouldn't final (I wouldn't make it to the final) in any of my events. Semi-final, I doubt and so , you know, I don't know how I'd be after the races either. I could do more damage than good.

 It wanted specific and later-stage matches, presumably the semi-final and final, which was uncalled for.

 We are not mentally tired, although physically we might be a bit. This will be our Cup final, not our semi-final. It is that big and important for us.

 We don't set it too high, we keep the bar at a reasonable level which means semi-final bound. But I can see we've developed a pretty special team at the moment and particularly if we continue to do as we've done in the trials I think there's a hell of a lot of rewards for us this year.

 Since we won the semi-final I've been thinking about that final at Roland Garros,

 It was a good win but what I am aiming for is a title and not just another semi-final or final.

 I think Louis would have been disappointing if he hadn't played. He scored goals throughout the competition, including in both legs of the semi-final, which is some feat. He deserved to play in the final and everything else is secondary.

 It's devastating. We wanted that bronze medal every bit as much as we wanted to win the semi-final. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. We had given some great performances over the last week but just came out on the wrong end of it.
