And historically, our kids do well at whatever school they attend.

You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating...

 So if a child's currently in school you just simply write a tuition check directly to the school as opposed to giving it to the child and have the child write it to the school. This is an exemption to the $12,000 number.

 Once a child has gaps in their education, they're not excited about going to school, they won't go to school and they end up dropping out of school in most cases.  For my child to just be in school makes a huge difference. My own child cannot be in a school with a traveling nurse.
