 We had a great appreciation for the fact that [D&H] is the top distributor servicing the SMB market. That's the market we serve.

 Each market is separate, but most of the areas are developments that are at the low end of the cost scale. These are mostly entry-level houses. If you look at the last seven years in the Inland Empire, the entry-level market has been playing catch up. The [appreciation] cycle starts at the high end and then moves down to the middle market.

 Clearly, the housing market in terms of price appreciation could not continue to rise. I think everybody knows it. It's just that the degree to which the slowdown occurs. We don't think the bottom is falling out of the market by any means.

 The market is struggling with the fact that its biggest prop, the bond market, is not cooperating. Bonds are in a slightly downward trend. Until that works its way out, we're going to be in for a choppy market.

 I truly believe the housing market will continue to expand. But rather than the double-digit price appreciation we've seen, we might see that drop to a 5 or 6 percent appreciation sometime toward the end of next year.

 The Canadian market is strong, but the U.K. market is the No. 1 overseas market. We do around 40,000 British visitors a year. The Dutch market is a growing market, along with the German market. Right now, it's a real bargain to come over here.

 With China, India, Russia and other developing countries growing in market importance, recognition and appreciation of a brand name will not only help gain market share but also open up many, many opportunities for development.

 Well the key basically is the fact that the stock market is in itself cheap. Usually high, by international terms, dividend yields, and the fact that earnings plus growth prospects for the market in general are higher than other emerging markets. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing.

 Once things get through the day-to-day digestion period, broadly speaking the market is still pretty good, ... The trend to lower energy erases some of the fears of how long consumers can hold up. It gives the market enough to fear but sets us up for gradual appreciation going into year-end.

 I think there is an appreciation in her for the fact that her game came back after that shoulder surgery. I think there's a real inner appreciation for the fact that she is playing so well and is still so competitive. I think that has made her relax just a bit.

 India is a very sexy market right now and I don't see why Hong Kong should not be much more ambitious to expand the market to serve other Asian companies as well.

 It's not a national housing market, it's a regional market and even a neighborhood market. It can be great in the Northeast and not so great everywhere else.

 It isn't always about market share. You can always win market share by picking up customers that the number one company doesn't want. The question is can you make a living from that: picking up and servicing marginal users but at a profit. It is like running a delivery service, making sure you go to places that FedEx doesn't -- like Indian villages, hermits in cabins out in the woods.

 The volume has been extraordinary, ... We've seen a great deal of money coming into the market place early in the year, and they need to find a home in a hurry. We're also seeing increased interest in our market on the part of foreign investors. The U.S. is a great market with wonderful liquidity and a terrific upside bias.
