 Savings is an important habit. Ideally, I say, we should save 15 percent of income. Ten percent for retirement and 5 percent for other things.

 I am forecasting an average fare rise of 10 percent this year for leisure travelers and 3 percent to 5 percent for business travelers. I don't expect to see a $440 Miami-to-San Francisco fare go up $44, but those $29, $39, $69 fares are doomed.

 While BA has increased prices by 13 percent this year we have continued to cut fares, ... are really hurting customers during the economic slowdown.

 If you have productivity growing faster than the economy, how can you expect demand for labor to be all that strong? I'm still hopeful that unemployment won't go much higher than 6.2 percent or 6.3 percent, but where we'll peak is not as important as when we turn around. If we sort of linger at 6.2 percent, that will put some downward pressure on consumer spending.

 At least in the near term we are seeing a sharp decrease in natural gas prices because the weather has been warmer nationwide and storage levels are running 30 percent above the five-year average. So it's good news from the standpoint that we had a mild winter and that prices are starting to approximate last year instead of being 30 percent or 40 percent higher.

 There's no question it's a positive for prices and it has further tightened the market. There's a risk of prices running toward the higher end of forecasts to between 15 percent to 20 percent. We've seen spot prices in China rising. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

 I hope these prices are here to stay. If the discount fares are on average 50 percent cheaper than the legacy carriers, we'll have achieved our goal.

 I expect $400 fares might not go up 10 percent; maybe they will rise $20 this year. But fares below $100 are going to double.

 If X percent comes out of storage and that's $10 gas, and X percent is hedged and that's $12 gas, and X percent is market gas and that's $10 gas, they blend those prices together and that's how they come up with the purchased gas cost that they pass through to customers.

 The ups and downs of default activity are clearly determined by whether prices are going up by 4 percent, or 14 percent or 25 percent annually. If it's worth more, you have more options.
