 You had good growth in the cards in force, you had good average spend on the cards, and the discount rate held in there steady. And they're still investing in their marketing programs. They still think there are attractive opportunities out there.

 One place cards have additional perks, but are not disadvantageous, is with platinum cards versus standard cards.

 Our accounts are continually monitored, and when we saw what we considered suspicious activity, we immediately invalidated the cards and issued new cards. The account holders will begin getting the new cards on Monday.

 RFID cards are more expensive to produce. However, we are prepared to invest, as these cards are more durable than the more commonly used magnetic stripe cards and also offer higher identification speeds.

 It's a relatively mature market. Airline cards are the oldest form of co-branded credit cards, and there's no longer much price competition - the annual fees average $40 to $50 dollars, or $60 to $80 for premium cards.

 People around here talk about it being one of the better weeks [in the history of the program]. But the week they signed Chamberlain -- that was pretty good, and the week they signed Manning, that was good too, even if they didn't sign anybody else. We're certainly excited about it, but [the new recruits] still have to perform.

 These cards are really hard to mess up because we do laminate them. And we offer the discount for multiple cards that way both parents can carry a card and then give cards to other family members or friends such as grandparents, aunts and uncles.

 We're a basketball team that understands it limitations. We understand that we don't have all the cards to play that many of the other teams have. At the same time, we're a basketball team that has some very good cards to play. Shuffling those cards and dealing them in the right manner - playing with each other and playing with each others' strengths - has in fact become our team's strength.

 We have a lot of schools coming out, which means a lot of kids. So far, we have 800 students signed up to compete. It would be great for all those athletes that the cheer squads support all year round to come out and support their spirit squads on Saturday.

 My game tickets will be awarded to any person that comes up to me before or after a game (not on the field) and gives me two (or more!!!) signed cards of any current or former minor leaguers (or NHL players) . . . anyone.

 You are not bound to a chapter house until official bid cards are signed at an event at 4p.m. on Friday at Dale Hall. This [event] will be the only time that it is binding.
