 Trends are not as bad you think! We recommend buying the stock trading at 18.5 times 2006 EBIDTA.

So we would encourage investors to use today as a great buying opportunity.

 With the Fed expected to raise rates one or two more times and the economy doing well, we cannot recommend buying Treasuries. We would place short positions.

 Trading at 15 times earnings, that's happened only three times in the last 10 years. Later in those same years, stocks moved up to 20 times earnings. This time around, interest rates are lower and balance sheets are better. Historically, the stock market has a decent chance to move higher.

 [Lockheed stock] is trading about 10 times, 11 times earnings right now, ... The defense sector is unloved because the market is chasing the tech sector. So, that gives us great opportunity.

 Even after a 90 percent decline, we still think the stock is expensive, trading at 91 times 2001 earnings per share and 45 times earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
