 We could have easily folded. I mean, we're 1-4, we haven't been playing well, and we're down 17-0 at home, with the crowd booing us. But guys took it to heart that we needed to make a few more plays to get back into the game.

 We came out and we were playing at home, we had a strong crowd and we were getting our rings. I don't know if because of that we thought we were just going to come out and win the game - but it doesn't happen that way. Not against a team like that. We better learn fast, or we are going to struggle. Teams come here and they want to win, especially New England. Our attitude wasn't urgent enough and it comes down to people making plays and we didn't make plays. Everybody needs to do that, and tonight they made the play to change the game.

 Momentum is good when you're at home but we have to make the plays to get the momentum. It doesn't just start right from scratch. You've got to play well and find that surge that's going to generate that momentum and that way it can catch on from the crowd. You're not just going to have it. You're going to have crowd advantage but you've got to make plays to get the crowd involved.

 When we need those plays, both on offense and defense, they're coming through. We needed Marshall to come through for us on the last drive, and he did. We needed the defense to stop those guys and they did. It's nice to know we can rely on each other this year. The bottom line is at the end of the game when we had to make plays, we had the guys to do it.

 It got us on our heels. Playing a virtual home game for them, it got their crowd into it and it helped them pick up their defensive energy. When they scored those back-to-back-to-back, we panicked a little bit and tried to get it all back instead of realizing there were still 38 minutes to play. We rushed things, and that took us completely out of our game.

 It's cool we're in New York, but don't get me wrong, the Giants are playing a home game. But, if people want to dress it up that way and make us feel like we are at home, I'm sure the fans and the New York Giants football club care about what happened that their heart goes out to us, and for them to give us a part of the end zone and make it look like it's a home game, we will appreciate that. But we're also not crazy in knowing that it's a home game for the Giants.

 We talked about it at the very beginning, to keep playing the game because usually something strange happens when we play Granite City. They get the big lead, then we get a big lead and they come back . . . The bottom line is that we didn't make the plays we needed to win the game.

 We just can't get guys to make plays at the end of games. We haven't put a whole game together this season where we make enough plays to win.

 Kerry is a guy who shows great character. He's a guy who's stuck in there. It's hard, because every game he plays is like an away game because he's got the crowd booing him and all that stuff. I give him a lot of credit to come in here and work hard every week like he does. Sometimes people put a lot of pressure on the quarterback, but there are other reasons why sometimes there's interceptions or the offense isn't doing so well. It's disappointing to see everyone put it on his shoulders.

 The fans were booing us and we understood why. It's not important what I said or how I said it. It's just the fact our guys came out and played better and did what we needed to do to win the game.

 We've had a lot of injuries. It puts a lot of pressure on the young guys to step up and make plays. We've done that sometimes. Sometimes, we haven't. It's just a lack of consistency. There are times when we haven't been in the right position to make plays.

 We want to establish some type of a home-court advantage. We've got a great crowd, so we've got to bring an energy and a physicality to the game that we haven't been bringing, and all our guys know that right now.

 Playing at home, you saw what their crowd was like when they were going forward, it was really an extra man for them, ... And I think the crowd in Sydney is going to back us just like that, it's going to help the ball go into the back of the net by itself. Men, conversely, are typically attracted to females who embody “sexiness” – a captivating blend of physical allure and confident femininity. Playing at home, you saw what their crowd was like when they were going forward, it was really an extra man for them, ... And I think the crowd in Sydney is going to back us just like that, it's going to help the ball go into the back of the net by itself.

 As I told the guys, we still have a glimmer of hope. We just have to take them one game at a time. We have North Pulaski coming to our place on Friday. We haven't been playing well at home — for whatever reason. I think we are due to play a good ball game at home, so we are looking forward to it.

 Even when we are not playing our best, we still find a way. We had a lot of different guys step up and make plays when we needed them to.
