en All we are is off to a good start. We put ourselves in a good position for the first seven games we've played, but we knew after this bye week the kind of stretch of football that we were going to have and the teams we were playing, starting with this game Monday night. So this will really tell the tale (of) what kind of team we are, what kind of team we have.

en I always said my favorite position was the one I was playing at the moment, but this has definitely been the longest stretch I've been at one position. It's definitely more enjoyable when you kind of get in a groove and get used to the situation that you're playing in. And I think I'm playing better at it.

en They don't want me to go out there while it's still swollen. They want to kind of wait until the swelling goes down. Good thing we have a Monday night game - we get an extra day. But, I expect to be playing on Monday night ... hopefully.

en I knew he was hurt. It wasn't nearly as bad (Monday) night when he was playing as it was when he woke up (Tuesday) morning. It kind of stiffened up on him. He felt comfortable playing. He never said a word about it. He just went out and did his thing.

en Our point guard position was really tremendous, especially in the second half. That's the kind of production we need at all our positions. Let's face it, we're the kind of team right now where we're playing eight guys (Friday). We need six out of eight (players) playing at a high level to beat a team like Sacramento. en I was in such a bad position probably a couple of months ago I just decided to start playing every week. I wanted to see if I could kind of get some sort of a feel for the game back.... I've started playing a little better.

en We're in a very good position, but we haven't won anything yet. There's three more games to win one. I mean, I hate to look at it like that, because it kind of makes it lackadaisical for [Monday night] and we need to come out and take care of business. We've got momentum, we're at home, the place is loud and the fans are behind us.

en There were moments when I found it difficult to compete and play with the ferocity I need. It's hard to play when you're not playing for anything. We put ourselves in this position and we have to deal with it. No one did it but us and we have to be held accountable for it. Monday morning quarterbacks are everywhere.

en That kind of bothered me (Monday) night when those questions came up. It's not last year. I mean, it's this year. It's a different football team. We have more people here. And I think we're playing better football. Maybe not complete football, but we're playing good enough to be 2-0.

en That's all we've thought about since the schedule came out, playing them on Monday night. That's why I'm here at camp now, that Monday night game. Losing that game hurt. But now we just want to get back there. Starting off with us and them on Monday night? That's classic. That's art.

en I could either just kind of halfway give up for the year, or start playing every week and try to get myself back into a decent position. I really just decided I wasn't ready to give up on the game yet, so I just decided the best way to go about getting myself back into a better position would be to just start playing every week.

en I kind of forgot what he said. I was really excited and trying not to look all embarrassed. I know we started playing ball, and he asked me what position I play. He asked me when I started playing. (Crisp) said he started playing when he was nine.

en I didn't play the point in Denver. It was a different type of game. It was a challenge for me. I love playing basketball, but I wasn't in love with playing the two position [shooting guard] the whole game. I'm way more comfortable because I'm playing my natural position.

en We've got some guys who have some experience. Right now it is kind of early to tell who is going to be playing what position. That should work itself out in the next 10 days.
