 What we're seeing is a reflection of what the market as a whole is seeing. You had techs rallying over the last two weeks, and now we're seeing some consolidation after those gains. It's just that techs are a lot more volatile.

And so did the rest of the market. And we've just sort of swooped lower. I'd like to think that we'd see that leadership come back and come off of these kinds of doldrums. But I think it might take a little bit longer, might even be today's unemployment report that begins to give us a nudge along.

 People have been worrying about consumer spending being impacted by the price of oil. Those concerns remain, but today you're seeing less of a sense of panic about it, and that's allowing the market to stabilize.

 Techs had been leading Tokyo's recent advance along with banks. Even though growth potential is bright for high-techs, they are not free from profit-taking now and then.

 We have been asking questions and raising concerns about our electronic vote machines from the standpoint of security, reliability and adequate access for the disabled since the summer. Now, with those concerns still not put to rest, the county is running out of time.

 If we see more techs do well this will provide some sort of a footing for the IPO market.

 We're in a much more stable construction market now, no longer impacted by those market pressures.

 Nigeria and Iran are the main driving concerns ... the correction in the market today is likely to be limited because of lingering supply concerns.
