 Knowing that we would appeal, they took a risk going ahead with the deal. The decision on March 24 was one person's opinion. Now we have a different opinion from the Montana Supreme Court.

 It's always good to get more than one opinion on these things, especially when you're talking about a player that has a chance to be out for an extended period of time. We've always been very cooperative with players who have requested [a second opinion].
